Hardy, frost-tolerant wattle, usually growing as an erect bushy shrub to small tree (2-10m) Grows naturally in dry woodland on elevated rocky sites. In cultivation adapts well to a sunny well drained position and can tolerate dryness. It flowers from late winter and through the spring.
