These pretty plants are cousins of the everyday lomandra you see everywhere. They live in shallow sandy soils in heathlands and open forests, or on rocky slopes. Growing only 20cm high and sprawling through the undergrowth, this plant is quite common in its preferred habitats and once noticed will be remembered. Its uniquely twisting leaves and surprisingly quite attractive flowers would make it a feature in any garden.
These tubes and pots were rescued from development in the upper mountains. They have been cared for at the nursery for well over a year now and are well established. Prices vary with size of tube or pot. From $7-$20
